Provide differentiation of air line in pneumatic circuits

Usage Instructions
 Cut the tube – end burr free and square, using Tube cutter and clean the edge to ensure leak
tight joints. (Do not use blunt tools / hacksaw / chisel etc,.)
 Ensure the tube is fully inserted into the fitting – until the positive stop, beyond the ‘U’ seal.
 For ensuring proper insertion, pull the tube gently by hand. Polyurethane tube will yield and come out
if pulled heavily.
 Minimum bend radius of the tubing to avoid leakage

Recommended Pressure vs Working Temperature

10 bar: 5 to 30 Deg C

9 bar: 30 to 40 Deg C

8 bar: 40 to 50 Deg C

7 bar: 50 to 60 Deg C

NOTE: Mention colour other than Blue if required.
